The Zip 9.5 is a playful sit-on-top kayak that offers supreme stability and fun for a wide range of ages and abilities. Perfect for enjoying lakes, ocean bays, light surf, and slow rivers, it inspires confidence with a design that's easy to maneuver, stable, and easy for anyone to get in and out of. The shorter length and light weight of this 9' 6" model make it simple to transport and store.
The boat is designed for low maintenance, simplicity and ease of use. Measuring just 9 and ½ feet long, the Zip is lightweight and easy to transport and store. The kayak is very stable and easy to get in and out of, measuring 32 inches wide, and can carry gear and paddlers up to 250 lbs. The spacious cockpit area provides room for easy entry and exit. Molded-in seat and footrests allow for leg adjustments and optimal comfort for a wide range of paddler sizes.
Molded front, rear, and side handles are maintenance-free and perfectly placed to allow for a single person to carry and are also a great way to secure the kayak with a cable and lock should you ever need to. A large rear open storage area with bungee cord lashes allows for storing and easy access to gear like coolers, dry bags, or fishing crates. Convenient center cup holder keeps your favorite beverage close at hand and prevents spilling. Self-draining scupper holes provide a dry ride while keeping you floating high on the water. The rear drain plug allows for easy cleaning and draining. Deck loop attachment points are pre-installed for easy installation of the Harmony Clip-In Sit-On-Top seat (sold separately).
